The Holy Kingdom of Judah Marks Historic Milestone in Sovereign Restoration Movement

WICHITA, Kan. November 4, 2025. In a moment of profound historical significance, the Holy Kingdom of Judah has formally entered a new phase of national restoration, culminating in its declared exodus from the United States. This peaceful and organized movement is rooted in centuries of cultural memory, spiritual conviction, and the pursuit of sovereign self-determination. The milestone was publicly affirmed when Chief E.S. Lewis, representing the Royal House of Judah, was invited to speak at the District 1 Breakfast on Saturday, November 1, 2025, hosted by Council Member Brandon Johnson at the Atwater Neighborhood Resource Center in Wichita. The address underscored the tribe’s gratitude for local hospitality while clarifying its historic path forward and solidified Wichita’s role as the central gathering place for this unprecedented national transition.

Led by the Chief of Chiefs, Chief Lewis II, the Holy Kingdom of Judah is a Hebraic tribal nation with ancestral origins in West Africa. The tribe has designated Wichita as the central gathering point for its people ahead of what leaders describe as the largest exodus in modern world history. This milestone follows decades of internal renewal and aligns with growing international recognition of the need for restitution for historic violations against Indigenous and sovereign peoples.

The Kingdom is governed by a 12 seat Council of Chiefs under the Royal House of Judah and emphasizes nonviolence, environmental stewardship, intergenerational respect, and communal harmony. Its national symbols include the watermelon as the national fruit, the yam as the national vegetable, the lily as the national flower, and the lion as the national animal. These reflect a rich cultural identity that predates the transatlantic slave trade, during which over two million of its people were displaced from their homeland, later mislabeled as part of the Slave Coast.

Amid preparations for national departure, the Holy Kingdom of Judah has launched two key community initiatives in Wichita.

The first is the Safe Homes Safe Streets Gun Buy Back Program, scheduled for March 30, 2026. Developed by the Juda Tribal Council of Chiefs, the program aims to reduce gun violence by removing firearms from circulation, with special attention to preventing access by children and youth. The initiative highlights the dangers of accidental shootings, impulsive use, and a lack of understanding among young people about the permanence of gun related harm. The second is the proposed Exodus 21 Bill, a legislative framework calling for formal acknowledgment of the tribe’s right to depart the United States with dignity and the fulfillment of outstanding historical obligations. The bill is not framed as a request for discretionary reparations but as the settlement of a long standing humanitarian debt. Public support is being gathered through a petition available at www.change.org/p/congress-pass-the-exodus-21-bill

Tribal members from across the country have already begun pilgrimages to Wichita, drawn by the city’s central location, welcoming spirit, and role as the operational heart of this historic transition. Local infrastructure, cultural programming, and community engagement are expected to expand as the gathering grows.

This movement represents a convergence of spiritual vision, historical justice, and practical community action, positioning the Holy Kingdom of Judah not as a relic of the past but as a living nation actively shaping its future.
